Reviewing Las Vegas shows as I see them. I am not employed or paid by anyone to see them, or review them. Its just my opinion, love it or hate it.

Absinthe @ Caesars Palace

Absinthe is a fairly new show at Caesars Palace. The premise of the show is very Rocky Horror Picture show meets Cirque de Soleil style. There are multiple acts, all slightly crazy and creepy. The atmosphere is that of a circus side show. It takes place in a large tent outside, seating is in the round. As you are waiting to enter the tent there is a bar and cocktail waitresses outside all all dressed in costume.
The set is gorgeous, and gets you in the mood for the show. I was very entertained with this show, all of the different acts have a humorous quality to them and some crazier than others. This is one of the only shows I have seen recently that I didn't get the tickets through Houseseats.com. In fact, I don't believe I have ever seen this show available on Houseseats.com. Absinthe is a must see for locals as well as tourists. It is definitely not for young children as the comedy is very adult in nature.
